Install WordPress

Offsprout is a WordPress solution, so before you can install Offsprout, you need to first set up a WordPress site. If you are unfamiliar with WordPress, it is recommended that you use a managed WordPress host like WP Engine or Flywheel as these hosts provide fast WordPress-focused hosting.

Install Offsprout Page Builder Plugin

Next, you will want to install the free Offsprout Page Builder plugin. This plugin is the basis on which all other Offsprout products are built and provides quite a bit of functionality on its own.

• Navigate to the “Plugins” menu in your WordPress admin
• Click the “Add New” button
• Search for “offsprout page builder” and find the Offsprout Page Builder plugin
• Click the “Install Now” button
• Once installed, click the “Activate” button

Install Offsprout Pro Plugin

The Offsprout Pro plugin is a premium WordPress plugin. After you purchase Offsprout Pro, you will get a download link where you can download a .zip file that contains the plugin. Once you have the .zip file, you are ready to install.

• In your WordPress admin, in the side menu, go to “Plugins” > “Add New”
• Click the “Upload Plugin” button
• Upload the Offsprout Pro .zip file and click “Install Now”
• Click the “Activate Plugin” button

Install Offsprout Theme

The Offsprout Theme is a premium WordPress theme. After you purchase the Offsprout Theme, you will get a download link where you can download a .zip file that contains the theme. Once you have the .zip file, you are ready to install.

• In your WordPress admin, in the side menu, go to “Appearance” > “Themes”
• Click the “Add New” button
• Click the “Upload Theme” button
• Upload the Offsprout Theme .zip file and click “Install Now”
• Click the “Activate” link
